My Experience as a CO-OP Student

Hi there, my name is Chevy; I am an 18-year-old north park student coming to an end of my semester. During this semester I decided to take a co-op to better prepare myself for the future. I was curious to learn more about Real Estate and what it’s like to run a business. For my placement I was able to work alongside The Platinum Living Realty Team.  Working with Paula and the Platinum Living Realty team has been an amazing experience. Since the first interview I had with Lexi, she was super nice and friendly which gave me a really good feeling about having my co-op placement here at the Sutton Team Realty office. Coming into my first week I had no problem settling in, Paula and Lexi always made me feel welcomed with their greetings. As the semester went on, I was taught how to use many new programs and I was given many tasks to complete. Along completing those tasks, if I Had struggled in any way or had questions, I was not hesitant to ask. Paula and Lexi were always there with support and answers to help me. Truthfully, I have never felt more comfortable in a new environment like I had working alongside with Paula and The Platinum Living Realty Team. A few things I admired throughout my time at the office was how friendly and hardworking everyone was. Paula truly cares and wants the best for her clients, even if a client does not choose Paula to work with, she always finds someone or someway to continue to help that person. Paula is an amazing, hardworking, and the most selfless person. I was fortunate to be able to work alongside with Lexi for most of my time here, she has taught me many new things that have opened a new window for me, and I am very thankful for that. I also had the opportunity to meet Jody who is a very hardworking guy with a great sense of humor. Paula and Jody Tysoski are very knowledgeable in the real estate field and are willing to do anything for their clients to help in either the buying or selling stage and everything in between. I was always very motivated every day because of their work ethics and how much they care about what they do. The experience and the relationships I was able to build while I was here has been nothing less than amazing!  Thank you, Paula, Jody, and Lexi for your open arms and teaching me everything I wanted to learn.
